Agreement on Client′s Subscription for Market Information

When users accessing the software, programs or other systems provided by DA International Financial Service Limited to receive market information and its related data of any investment products means they have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. Users are not allowed to copy, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, announce, transmit the market information and related data information content or use such content for any commercial activities without the written consent of DA International Financial Service Limited.
2. DA International Financial Service Limited, market data providers (including but not limited to HKEX Information Services Limited, The Nasdaq OMX Group, Inc.) and the holding companies of the aforementioned companies and/or such companies/any subsidiaries of the holding companies would make their best endeavors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, but cannot guarantee it′s absolute accurate and reliable, and will not be liable to any loss or damage caused by any inaccuracies or omissions (regardless of whether it is liabilities under tort laws or contractual liabilities or other liabilities).
3. In any events of violation of the Terms and Conditions of the use of Market Information, users agree bearing all liabilities including the legal costs and compensation in cash and reputation due to the litigations or any loss of DA International Financial Service Limited, market data providers (including but not limited to HKEX Information Services Limited, The Nasdaq OMX Group, Inc.) or other related individuals or organizations.
4. It is agreed that users agree to the contractual courses to this Agreement upon his/her/its first login to the software, programs or other systems to receiving Market Information of any investment products and its related data which the terms and conditions would be updated and amended by DA International Financial Service Limited from time to time.
5. DA International Financial Service Limited reserves the discretion to amend, add or delete any data and relevant terms of the use of the service, and suspend or permanently terminate this service without prior notice.
6. Users shall provide true, correct, complete and agree to update the information to DA International Financial Service Limited in the application of using market information on any investment product(s) as provided by DA International Financial Service Limited. If DA International Financial Service Limited believes that the details provided by the users at the time of application do not comply with the requirements of truthfulness, correctness and completeness, DA International Financial Service Limited has the right to terminate the service and refuse any future use.
7. In view of DA International Financial Service Limited believes that the users violate the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, DA International Financial Service Limited reserves the right to terminate the service any time with or without reason and without prior notice, and refuse any future use.
